1.1 Guidelign strives to make the process as convenient as possible and we want our customers to feel confident while purchasing our aligners. Our policies are customer-friendly.

1.2 In case of change of mind, request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order; otherwise cancellation request for a refund will not be entertained once the order has been processed.

1.3 Aligners: Once the order has been placed, we do not accept returns. In case of ill-fitting, we will fabricate new aligners.

1.4 Accordingly, it is stipulated that once you have made the payment for your Aligner Kit/ Aligner therapy, you agree and undertake that you shall not thereafter be eligible to claim for refund of any money paid and tendered by you save and except and only in case of rejection of your case by Guidelign.

1.5 If our team of experts determines you are not a suitable candidate: Our specialized team examines your impressions and reviews your pictures and approves your case only if they are satisfied and are assured of the desired results. We will refund your amount after deductions if you are not a good candidate for Aligner treatment. No refund shall be made once the teeth transformation video has been shared with the said person.

1.6 If at the end of your treatment, having followed all stipulated guidelines, you aren’t happy with the results, contact us so our team can re-evaluate your results, for this purpose we will need pictures of your teeth with aligners in from the last step. 

1.7 If your re-evaluation is approved, you may be eligible for additional aligners.

1.8 Management Rights

You also agree and confirm that the management has the absolute right to review the eligibility of any refund request based on its own assessment of all facts, circumstances & customer-provided records and reserves full and complete right to approve or reject any claims of refund and also reserves its sole right to grant/approve a partial or full refund or none at all as shall be applicable in accordance to the facts and circumstances on a case-to-case basis.

1.9 You further agree that disputes, if any, are subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of Mumbai courts, where the company has its registered office.

Deductions:

1.10 You understand, agree and confirm that in case of any payment made by availing 3rd party loans/ EMI’s the refund shall be made subject to any deduction as applicable and agreed between the customer and such third parties as per their terms and conditions.
 

1.11 Further, any refund will be subjected to any or all applicable deductions on account of payment gateway charges, delivery and /or any other service charges as may apply.

1.12 Furthermore, any payment received from you that is in addition to the charges of the aligner therapy for Consultations x-rays, scans, diagnosis etc. are not eligible for refund and will be subject/liable to be deducted from any eligible refund.

1.13 Mode of Refund & Timeline

All refunds are processed within 60 business days after approval, and are returned to the customer via the customer’s payment method only. Alternatively, you may be eligible for availing a credit note/voucher of the amount to be used in any other therapy or service with our partner concerns.
